Community & social supportCommon questions
We aim to respond to every enquiry within one business day. Depending on your location and the type of support requested, services can often commence within a week of your consultation.
Absolutely. Choice is central to how we work. You can request a different worker at any time, and we'll consider gender, language, cultural background and personality fit when matching you.
Most supports are booked in blocks of two hours or more so your worker has enough time to do things properly without rushing. Shorter or longer arrangements can be discussed during your consultation.
We support clients across a growing number of metropolitan and regional locations. Send us an enquiry with your suburb and postcode and we'll confirm availability in your area.
Yes. Family members, carers, support coordinators and allied health professionals are all welcome to refer. Just note the relationship in the message field of the referral form.
