Travel & Transport Support

Reliable transport to the places you need to be — with support that doesn't stop at the kerb.

  • Insured, licensed drivers
  • Support inside the appointment
  • Accessible options available

The support continues after the car door closes

A lift on its own solves half the problem. The hard part is often the appointment itself — remembering what the specialist said, filling in the form, finding the right desk in a hospital that changed its layout again.

Your worker stays with you for as much of that as you want. They can wait in the waiting room, come in and take notes, help you ask the questions you meant to ask, and make sure you get home with the script, the referral and a clear idea of what happens next.

This is usually the right fit if

  • You no longer drive, or driving to appointments has become unsafe or stressful
  • Public transport is impractical for where you need to go
  • You want someone with you in appointments to help take it all in
  • A family member is taking time off work to drive you around

We wait, we take notes, and we make sure the script and the referral come home with you. Getting there was never the whole job.

Getting started

How we set this up with you

  1. 1

    Tell us the trip

Where, when, how long it usually takes, and what support you want at the other end.

  2. 2

    Confirm the details

Vehicle, accessibility, kilometre costs and pick-up times, agreed in writing upfront.

  3. 3

    Door-to-door support

Your worker collects you from your door and stays as long as the appointment needs.

  4. 4

    Home and settled

You're taken home, helped inside, and anything that came out of the visit is noted.
