Showering & bathing
Full or standby assistance in the shower, over a bath, or a bed sponge where getting up isn't practical.
Our services
Discreet, unhurried help with the parts of the day that have become harder — delivered the way you like them done, by workers you know.
Personal care is the most intimate support we provide, so we treat it that way. Before anything starts we sit down with you and write down how you like things done — which side you prefer to be helped from, the order you dress in, the products you use, how much you want to do yourself.
Your support worker follows that plan every visit. Where you can do something yourself, they step back and let you; where you need a hand, it is there without you having to ask twice. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is done to you without being talked through first.
The plan is written in your words, not ours. If you want the radio on, tea before the shower and nobody touching the good towels — that is what happens, every visit.

Getting started
We meet you at home and talk through your routine, your preferences and any clinical needs.
Everything you tell us is written down, step by step, and you sign off on it before we start.
You are introduced to your worker before their first shift — gender, language and cultural fit included.
We check in that the plan still fits, and change it the moment it doesn't.
Common questions
Yes, always. Many people prefer a worker of a specific gender for personal care, and we treat that as a requirement rather than a preference. Tell us at your consultation and we'll match accordingly.
That's completely normal. Personal care can be booked as little as a couple of mornings a week, or scaled up to several visits a day. Most supports are booked in blocks of two hours or more so nothing is rushed.
Our support workers deliver personal care and medication prompts, not clinical nursing procedures. Where you need nursing input we'll work alongside your registered nurse or allied health team rather than replace them.
Send a referral or call us — we’ll confirm availability in your area, answer your questions and put a simple service agreement in place. No pressure, no obligation.
