Your recovery plan
Goals written in your words, broken into steps small enough to actually start this week.
Our services
Recovery isn’t a straight line, and it isn’t the same for two people. A coach who works alongside you, at your pace, on what you decide matters.
Psychosocial disability comes in episodes. Weeks where the plan is working are followed by weeks where getting out of bed is the whole day — and most supports quietly disappear during the second kind. A recovery coach is meant to be the one that doesn’t.
We work with you to build a recovery plan in your own words: what a good week looks like, what tends to derail it, and the small, specific steps that move things forward. Then we keep showing up — adjusting the plan when it stops fitting, coordinating with your clinical team where you want us to, and picking the thread back up after a hard stretch without making you start again.
A missed session isn’t a failure, and it isn’t a reason to close a file. It’s usually the exact moment the support was needed.
— How we handle the hard weeks
What’s included
Take what you need and leave the rest — supports are combined and adjusted as things change.
Goals written in your words, broken into steps small enough to actually start this week.
Sleep, meals, appointments and time out of the house — rebuilt gradually rather than all at once.
Naming your own warning signs and agreeing, in advance, who does what when they show up.
Coordination with your GP, psychologist, psychiatrist or community mental health team — with your consent, at your direction.
Family, friends, peer groups, study, volunteering or work — at whatever pace is honest for you.
Help using your NDIS plan, working with other providers and getting ready for your next review.
Getting started
No assessment, no forms to fill in front of you — just what’s going on and what you’d like to be different.
We match on approach and personality, not just availability. If the fit is wrong, say so and we’ll change it.
Your goals, your warning signs, your supports — written down so everyone is working from the same page.
Regular sessions, honest reviews, and a plan that changes as you do rather than sitting in a drawer.
Common questions
No. Coaching is practical and forward-looking — routine, goals, motivation and navigating supports. It doesn’t replace clinical treatment or therapy, and we’ll always encourage you to keep those in place. The two work best side by side.
We stay in contact in whatever way you’ve told us works — a text instead of a visit, a shorter session, or a pause with an agreed date to check back in. We plan for this at the start, so an unwell stretch doesn’t end your support.
Recovery Coach funding sits in NDIS plans for people with psychosocial disability, so it generally follows an existing diagnosis and plan. If you’re unsure what’s in your plan, send it to us and we’ll tell you what it covers.
As much or as little as you want. Some people want family in planning conversations; others want the sessions kept entirely separate. It’s your call, and you can change your mind at any point.
Send a referral or call us — we’ll confirm availability in your area, answer your questions and put a simple service agreement in place. No pressure, no obligation.
